Chances at UW Madison

<p>I am currently a sophomore at community college student in Illinois and I was wondering what my chances of getting into UW Madison are as a 2nd semester sophomore transfer (with around 40-45 transfer credits). My gpa is a 4.0 but cumulative it close to a 3.9. My hs stats are pretty horrible 2.99 GPA and 19 ACT. So should I wait until I am at Junior status or give it a shot?</p>
