Chances at Vanderbilt and WashU?

Hey everyone. I am a senior in high school, and Vanderbilt is my number one school. I don't want to apply ED because I am not sure I will get any scholarships, so I don't want to make a binding decision. I am, however, going to apply RD, and I am wondering whether I have a decent chance at getting in. Also, do you think I have a fair chance at any of the merit scholarships? I am going to apply to WashU as well.
STATS:
GPA:4.0(uw)---my school doesn't weight GPA's...
class rank: 6/449 (I go to the second best public school in Georgia)
ACT score:35
E: 35
M: 36
R: 34
S: 33
Essay: 12
I will take 10 APs by the end of senior year:
AP Govt, AP World History, AP Calc BC, AP Chem, AP Lang, APUSH, AP Stat, AP Bio, AP Psych, AP Spanish
I have two dual enrollment classes:
English 1101/1102 @ Georgia Perimeter College
Calculus 2 and 3 @ Georgia Tech
Extra curriculars (this is what I'm mostly worried about):
President of FBLA
-won first place in state for digital design and promotion
-organized annual march of dimes walk (2013)
Piano (10 years)
-Won second place in one competition (state level);
-ranking of superior in many festivals
Editor of School Literary Arts Magazine
Dance (10 years)
-around 400 community service hours (tutoring, serving as translator for North Fulton Community CHarity)

---All my friends have like great internships and jobs and stuff, and I'm just kinda floating by...so im sorta worried about this because when i reflect on it, my ecs don't represent me at all. Like I wanna do medicine, and there's NOTHING that reflects this. Do you think this will look bad?

IN at Vandy IMHO. good luck!
