<p>What’s your UW? Your AP course count may be a little light if you aren’t taking all the courses available at your school.</p>

<p>I think your weakest point may be your EC’s. There’s a lot of captains of sports teams, members of ensembles, etc. Do you have anything that stands out or is philanthropic? If you did (like starting an organization that tutors underprivileged kids in your community, or teaches them an instrument or something to help them stay off the streets, out of trouble), then I’d say not only do you have a good shot at getting in, you could be one of the 2% or so freshmen that get a merit scholarship.</p>
