<p>i really want to know my chances at vanderbilt and nyu..are they reaches??
ps- im a junior so im taking the act again and the sat. im aiming for a 34 on the act and above a 2000 on the sat</p>

<p>A 2000 on the SAT and a 31 on the ACT are roughly equivalent. A 34 is an elite score; don't get down on yourself if you don't reach it.</p>

<p>I think you have a decent shot at getting into those schools. I'm applying to Vandy this year so I'll let you know how it goes.</p>
