So I'm currently finishing up my junior year in highschool. I go to WT woodson, a decently large public school in Fairfax Virginia. I'm possibly looking at good regional schools such as Virginia tech etc. I would like to know my chances as I really wish to attend there. My freshman and sophomore years were honestly Quite terrible. I received a 3.2 uw and a 3.4 w (I took 4 honors and 1 ap out of 6 honors and 2 aps available. So far this year im on track to get a 4.3 w and a 3.8 uw. I also got a 2230 on my Sat with 800 math 730 reading and 700 writing. I have around 150 volunteer hours and play soccer and ultimate frisbee as they are my favorite things to do in the world. Also my junior year I took 3 aps including psych apsuh and ab calc. My senior year I'm looking to take 4 aps including bc calc gov environmental and physics. I'm hoping that my junior year and my sat can make up for my lackluster GPA freshman and sophomore year. Any opinions?

Chance please. Will chance back

I would say your definetly in! Virginia tech has a 70% acceptance rate. You are also in-state with nice EC’s and a stellar SAT. Looks like you are improving your GPA which is nice. I would be suprised if you didn’t get in.
