You're definitely in at Purdue and Indiana...
Your grades and test are low for Georgetown/Penn,
but you have good ECs; they show a myriad of interests that include academics, athletics, and community.
Try to wow them with your essay, and ...pray? i guess?

But i mean, if Purdue and Indiana are high up there, don't worry, cause you're totally in...

unless you were doing engineering at Purdue... then you might have some problems but, again,it's not unreachable.

I may be off; but i'm going to guess architecture, based on the schools?
...probably off.

good luck and happy/sane application process!

My HS is also one of the "Early College Programs" and gives an AA upon graduation. However, from what I hear, its not really a hook. It might say something about the difficulty of the school, but not much else.

I agree with jPoD, although I don't know how academy admissions work, I don't think you have a realistic shot at Texas, UNC, or Georgetown (although I should say I have seen some kids get into Texas that I didn't expect to). Every other place you should be in.

75 hours of community service? I know service doesn't matter all that much, but if you could I'd even recommend doing some more (if you have time). I know that's a pretty random picking of your stats, it just kind of jumped at me.

Take the SAT again if you can, your score is low for most of those schools.

I mean, he has a few points higher GPA, and a few points higher SAT. I'd get laughed at for applying to Georgetown or UNC. I visited AFA on vacation. GORGEOUS school. I have a better chance of being abducted than getting in there.

"Drew btw legacy does matter, why do you think it exsists?"

It matters at smaller schools like the ivies but huge public schools like UF and IU graduate like 5 thousand people per year. They have so many alumni that being a legacy doesn't count for much.

My dad went to UF Law. Wouldnt do anythign for me.

As for your school....Tell me you arent going by those bs rankings that rank by number of APs? My school is top 3 public in PA. One of the best in the NE and we're in the thousands because we dont offer a ton of APs. My ass. Central is an amazing school.

like you'll get in. Ahh please do not cry when the rejection letter comes to the mail. Also, that school is not a hook, hook is something you are or do.
