Hi, I’m interested in applying for UPenn’s Wharton school, possibly Early Decision, and I kind of wanted to know my chances. After perusing the forums it seems like my extracurriculars are really under par, at least compared to the rest of the people here. These are my extracurriculars:

Community Service club - 4 years
Museum Volunteer - 3 years
Buddhist Youth Group (it’s sort of like a church atmospher but we also do community service)- 2.5 years, group leader 1.5 years
Class officer/representative - 4 years
FBLA - 2 years, officer 1 year
School Newspaper
4 total JV sports, Scholar Athlete; club sport 4 years
Nat’l Merit Commended
Volunteer English teacher assistant at out-of-country preschool
jobs: tutoring for a semester
Piano - 12 years
chinese school - 11 years

My grades are okay, nothing too spectacular. I’ve gotten 3 B’s my whole high school career, all in AP classes. I also dropped an AP science class at the semester, and junior year i took Calc BC and APUS. For senior year, I’m planning on taking Spanish5 AP, APLit, AP Stats, physics, newspaper, chinese. test grades are okay so far (high 700s), and SATI was 2240. (780 math, 770 critical reading, 690 writing <but my="" essay="" was="" 11="" 12="">)</but>

My school, and my grade in particular, is very competitive. I’m guessing my GPA is 4.3 (weighted)…and i’m at least in the top 15%, maybe 10%, i’m not too sure (my class is FULL of smart brainiacs).

as i said, i don’t have the greatest extracurriculars. most people have a ton of internship stuff but i don’t…would it be too late to try and get one now?
