Chances based only on SSAT scores

Hi

I know this might be a bit weird for me to ask you guys to base my chases on certain schools through my SSAT scores but I just really want to know what at first glance, someone would see from my application. I’m sure I have really good essays, okay teacher reccs and great extracurriculars. I’m an international student by the way.

Here it is:
My overall score for total percentile is a 90 and a 91.
My reading score has maintained a 90 - mid 90 score on both tests
My verbal has gone from later end 80 - mid 90.
However, the real problem is my maths score which has dropped from an overall percentage of mid 70s to around later end 60s.

Thanks everyone

I’m also applying to grade 9 if that helps…

It’s pretty tough to chance simply based off SSAT scores. Your scores lie around the average of the schools you’re applying to. Do remember that the ‘lower’ side of the average is usually taken up by applicants with hooks.

Do you need financial aid? A big question if you’re an international applicant.

Also, are those the rough estimates you got from practice tests?

@babymalcolm Hi! Thanks for answering. I do not need financial aid and these are the scores from my real tests.

Can you give the precise percentiles?

@babymalcolm Is it not possible if I not give it? I’m so sorry but I don’t really feel comfortable giving the precise percentiles for a weird reason.

That’s perfectly fine  . It’s just that it’s weird when you write “the total percentile is a 90 and a 91”
