I think Williams and Princeton are actually quite comparable.

You'd have a good shot at Williams early (although this year, my predictions were quite poor with Williams ED candidates), and I would guess that you would probably be placed on the waiting list regular decision. You will most likely be rejected/waitlisted and Princeton/Yale, and you will probably be accepted at Georgetown.

Why don't you think Williams is comparable to Princeton, I've heard many things to the contrary, im not trying to start an argument, just wondering

i've only taken the SAT I once so far, do you think taking it again and doing better would enhance my chances drastically, or is it really not worth the aggravation? also, does it look better if i've only taken it once as a junior in january?

I think taking them again could help a lot... I went from 1450 to a 1600 (I was very very distracted my first time taking it) Anyways, I think early action at Princeton, Yale, and G-town would be tough to get into (I know a girl who had 2390, 4.0, Nationally-ranked runner, tons of ECs etc who got waitlisted at Princeton EA... you'll need something really special) At least for Princeton, you should just do regular, and give yourself extra time to prepare with SAT II scores and essays etc. I don't know that much about Williams, but I hope you get in.

can anyone recommend an SAT II that tends to be easier? I'm planning on taking History and Math 2c, but I'm having difficulty choosing a third. Any ideas?

I think you should apply early to Princeton or Yale, and I think your SAT scores are just fine. It is above average of all of the schools you have listed. I suggest you work on your extracurriculars, essays, and get outstanding recommendations. I think you definitely have a shot at Williams RD. I think Princeton would be a right school to ED since it is somehow a reach(slight reach) and the atmosphere of the University is a bit similar to Williams. However, Princeton is ED which means that you are obligated to go there if you get admitted. If you get a deferral, your chances for RD Princeton will increase compared to an applicant with similar standings.
