Hi! I’m one of the many Chinese Americans living in California. Like everyone else, I was wondering what my chances were for the top UCs. I know my GPA is low, but I go to a well ranked high school (Foothill) and was wondering if anyone thinks my SAT scores and extracurriculars can override my GPA. Thanks a lot if you can help me out.
