Chances- BU, NU, Tufts, Cornell? (Engineering)

I guess after obsessing on this site for two weeks id might as well post my own stats to be critiqued.... im looking at BU, NEU, Tufts, RPI, and Cornell as a reach (for engineering)... i guess my biggest advantage is that i come from a nowhere school that doesnt have many top grads..

(I'm looking at the engineering colleges specifically)

High School: Public
High School Type: rarely sends grads to top schools
Will apply for financial aid: Yes

Academics:
GPA - Unweighted: 3.4-3.6 (94)
GPA - Weighted: 3-6-3.8 (96)
Class Rank: top 5 students
Class Size: 444

Scores:
SAT I Math: 700
SAT I Critical Reading: 690
SAT I Writing: 640
ACT: 34 (still trying to figure out that one haha) (31 Math subset)
SAT II (Math 2 and Physics): havent gotten scores back yet, but at least 675 and probably higher

Extracurriculars:
4 years (Last 2 Leadership) to County Youth Bureau- top position, 750+ hours comm. service, many responsibilities
National Honor Society Officer- A lot of community service, responsibilities
Guitar (i guess not too significant haha)
Work- few but really good jobs- lot of experience in each
Significant World Travels- every continent expect for Australia and antarctica (obviously haha)- maybe 12 countries total
Published photographer
Bunch of other smaller things

Classes: toughest ones my school offers- which isnt much....

Letters: really great, teachers like the students who actually give a damn in this school

Essay: will be great, im a really good writer

Anywhere I should be looking? I really like Boston/ someplace urban and a college with a great social life and no overbearing work loads, but still pose an academic challenge

Anything is appreciated!

anyone? probably should have better ECs, no?
