<p>Are you retaking those SAT II? if not dont submit and raise those SAT I scores to 2000+</p>
<p>I agree with SonicCare. If you really want to get into the top two UC’s (UCLA and UCB) your SAT needs to be a lot higher. As for Subjects, it really depends on what you want to major in. If engineering, you need a math and science, both preferably in the 700+ score range. If other, then it won’t be as important. If you get a 2100ish, you should be set for the rest of the UC’s.</p>

<p>The ACT is definitely better, but I’d still recommend boosting it, if you want to make your Harvard/Stanford lottery ticket a little less like the Mega Millions and a little more, well, realistic. You should have a good shot at UC Davis and Santa Cruz, but Berkeley is also a pretty big reach.</p>

<p>It helps to look at the middle 50% sat/act scores and see where you fit in. If you have no hooks, and want a good chance at admission, it’s recommended that your scores be near the 75th percentile of admitted applicants.</p>
