My essays will be pretty good; teacher recs will be exceptional, about 2 outstanding recs

My dream school is Stanford; What schools do i have a chance for? What do i need to work on? What more things do I need to have?

I’m probably applying for: Stanford, Rice, Washington U in St. Louis, Boston Univeristy, UT Austin, UC Berkley

Where else should I apply? and do i stand a chance for the ones i listed?

Well I guess, u have u chances everywhere... dont find a reason why they wont admit u ;-)) Stanford is a sure bet, try the usual lot - Ivies , etc...

btw what major are you considering?

umm.......maybe bio or music performance

stanford is not a sure bet for anyone. you have a good chance though; however, you're going to have to be more selective about your awards. You only have so much space, so pick out the ones that actually mean something. (or mean more than the others, and distinguish you personally - think about how many people can get those awards each year).

i.e. " UIL Literary Criticism participant" isn't really remarkable. The other 1st places are better, although I would advise you to only keep state and up.

also advise bring up SAT. I need to do that as well, so I totally sympathize.

reach: Stanford
match:Rice, Washington U in St. Louis, Boston Univeristy, UC Berkley
safety: UT Austin
