I am looking to pursue along the poly sci public policy side and am dedicated to those kind of majors
chance for schools such as JHU early decision, MICHIGAN Early action, Uc berk, la, sd, davis, northwestern, vandy, cornell, upenn, carleton, usc

Though I am not as familiar with the schools on the west coast, I can tell you that you are applying to some very prestigious schools. Also, you cannot apply to an early action and an early decision school (early decision won’t allow that I THINK). Also I am a little bit curious why University of Michigan is on the list, anything that especially appeals to you? For the schools on the east coast/mid west, this is what I would say:
JHU - low-reach
Northwestern - reach
Vandy - reach
cornell - reach
I suggest you take a look at Georgetown or a school similar if you are interested in poly sci. I think you also might want to narrow down your list a little bit if you are planning to get stellar grades and apply to 13 schools.
Otherwise, everything looks great! Very impressive extracurriculars.
Write some great essays and best of luck!
Chance back!

Nice ECs. With those I’d say JHU and Vandy are high mathces, Northwestern is a mid-match. Cornell and Penn are reaches but since you are an ED applicant, Cornell maybe more likely. Chance back?
