Chances? Cornell AEM & other B Schools

Hey I just wanted to see what you guys think my chances are for getting into some of the colleges that I am going to apply to. I want to major in Business Management/ Economics

GPA: 3.45 (Very competitive school)
Rank: No rankings, but probably top 15%
SAT: 2020 (Taking again in Oct, need to work on cr & w)
SAT IIs: Math II 710, USH 600 (Thought i would do well)
AP Classes: USH (3) Bio (5); Senior year Calc AB, Env. Science, Psych
All other classes honors
EC: Many clubs and volunteer work in and out of school
Leadership position in FBLA
Work: Worked as landscape assistant from 9-10 (Summer)
Assistant for Environmental Co. 11 grade (Worked directly with many executives and learned first hand what business really is)

Awards: Multiple math and spanish awards, NSHSS, other minor academic achievement awards

White Male from NJ, very business oriented and ambitious, from family of successful businessmen

Colleges:
Cornell AEM (ED) number one school, always wanted to go to AEM
Babson
Bentley
BC
Emory
Washington U (maybe?)
Villanova
Wake Forest
Lehigh

First choice would be Cornell AEM then on to Grad school, but I know it is very competitive

I know I don't have the highest GPA or stats, but i just would like you guys to see which schools would be a match. I know some of them will probably be a stretch. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You

Cornell AEM: Reach

Honestly, I don't think you'll get into AEM even with Early Decision because AEM is gonna be crazy competitive because of its meteoric rise to 4th on Business Week. Your SAT is decent but Your GPA is low. Your ECs are average I'd shoot for another leadership position. And being from NJ ain't helping either since AEM is in CALS which is a contract school of NY which favors NY residents.

My advice and take this with a grain of salt: Your stats aren't competitive enough to get in ED, so I'd build up your resume, get great grades Senior Year score a 2200+ SAT, get good leadership positions then apply RD to Cornell AEM. You'd be much better and might have a chance. Also, even if you're rejected from AEM you can apply to it in Graduate School since they have Master's Programs.

Would i have a better chance at wharton ED? I forgot to mention it on my list, but i was thinking about applying ( I know I probably wont get in). I really like the school and would love to go there as well.

And also does anyone know about Cornell CAS vs AEM. I love Cornell and would be thrilled to get the opportunity to go there, I originally wanted to get a bs in economics until i found the AEM department, but now I found that it is extremely difficult to get into & its a contract school like simpleperson said. Maybe i should apply to CAS early decision? Will it increase my chances? I have found that CAS and AEM are very similiar

Also considering Lafayette and Bucknell, please chance
Any input would be great thanks

No, Wharton is INSANELY COMPETITIVE, just look at the kids who are accepted basically 2400/Valedictorians who start their own business which can compete with Fortune 500 Companies. I strongly suggest you to not apply there Early Decision just wait for Regular Decision to improve your stats. I'd also redo your college list, minus Wharton add NYU Stern & Michigan Ross as reaches but still attainable. As far as Cornell CAS goes, it just as competitive as AEM don't be fooled by the admissions rate you still need the high grades, SATs, etc. Rest of the list looks fine.
