any replies would appreciated! Please!!

anyone? I’m desperate!

Hahahah, I’m sorry, but Students Against the Hungry makes it sound like the club is “against” hungry people.

Your grades are good. Your rank seems a bit low. Your SAT score is good, but try to get it up to 2100 - 2200.
Your EC’s seem slightly scattered. Can you focus on 2 - 3 EC’s? (Sports, Art, Math?)

It’d be great if you could tie in your volunteer work with your EC’s. For example, since you seem interested in art, you could create a club or nonprofit in which teens in your area sell your artwork & the proceeds go towards a cause of your choice.

First, please don’t mention “participated in AMC 10 & 12” it is not an EC nor does it imply anything unless you are invited to the AIME.

Cornell: Reach
Emory: Low Reach/Reach
UVA: Low Reach
Michigan: High Match/Low Reach
Lehigh: Matchish
Colgate: Matchish
Bucknell: Lower Match
Rochester: Probably In
Penn State: Low Match/Safety
Not Sure about SUNYs. Also, for the upper 3 on your list, you don’t seem to have any strong ECs, so I kind of doubt you will get in to those schools.

Ok thanks for the advice, I wont add the AMC. I’m new to this and didn’t know what I should add. My rank is low because of my freshman year grades and competitive high school, i’ll explain that.

@bookwormer - i’m not sending SATs, my CR is way too low. I am sending my ACTs which are in the mid 50% range for every school i’m applying to according to the collegeboard.
I’ve tried to have a math theme with my ECs. I want to be a math major in college and through math league/academic league and the summer programs i tried to tie them, but thats for the recommendation to tie my community service!
