Here are my stats (im from canada):

Gpa : 3.88/4.0
SAT 1: CR 690 M 650 W 670 (retaking)
taking 1 / 3 Aps offered
graduating with 8 courses in french and extended french certificate
i dont know if that counts as rigor of courseload or not
EC's:
played piano for 11 years
completed grade 10 at the Royal Conservatory of Music with honours
participated in student concert at RCM every year
completed gr 2 rudiments gr 3 harmony and gr 3 history all with honours
volunteered 100+ hours internship at radiology clinic

I hope to attend Cornell or NYU but other schools more appropriate for my stats are welcome. thanks.

Your Ecs need a little work... your piano skills will be an excellent boost to your application but try to look for other extracurrics. and activities.

I would think that you should look into
dartmouth
Boston U
Rice (maybe)

Do you have any hooks like legacy status, URM, or athlete... for that will help your application

I'd say your chances are very slim, especially as an international student.

i think you will get into harvard. =P jk but yeah do u have anything else that would help in ur ap, such as being a URM?

if not, too bad hahah

thanks will my application drastically improve if i score in the 2100's when i retake my SATs

I don't think 2100 would compete with the international kids you're up against--try for at least a 2200. Try to take up more ECs like tutoring in French or teaching piano. Take ALL the APs your school offers (which will add to your courseload).

The only way I could see you getting intoo either of those schools are by writing killer essays that emphasize your apparent passion, piano and French (are you Quebecois?), and get recommendations that worship you. Looking at the other internat'l kids on CC, I'd say your chances would still be slim.
