Gpa and rank are great but testing score are definitely too low. These will put you out of the running

I’d really just be looking at UNC or UNCW right now. Your test scores are almost an auto-deny.

My S had a 1530 SAT and a 5.1 WGPA and 11 APs. Got rejected by Duke.

Definitely retake the ACT. if you can get to 34-35 you’ll have a much better shot. Even perfect scorers are rejected though.
