not under represented minority and being a male!

byp5550 sums it all up.
being asian + male = death.
here's a good plan: dye your skin, get a facial, and get adopted.

Come on yaar (hindi term)... we all aspire to go to MIT... WE all KNOW that WE are UNIQUE... but to express that to the admissions officers who come across UNIQUENESS after reading through 20000 applications is kind of hard... They need someone vibrant, flamboyant, witty, smart, diverse, and very new yet conservative.... that's what i feel they need...

Unfortunately, so many people have what you have man... my friend graduated with 13 APs of which 2 were only 4s... rest were 5s... he did amazing research, was a USNCO finalist, and was captain of his academic quiz bowl team, and mathletes team... he got deferred EA and then rejected... fortunately for him, Harvard saw his amazing writing ability and intelligence and he's there as a pure chem major... just goes to show u, u better find a way to express ur uniqueness, or its gonna be one hard process for u to overcome...
