Chances? EA vs. Reg?

I'm currently a high school junior in Atlanta, Ga. I've already emailed and scheduled to attend the information sessions and campus tour. So I've demonstrated interest.

I currently attend a VERY competitive college prep. school where the average GPA is a 3.45. Due to the strenuous course load, we can only take up to 3 APs per year. I'll have 6 by the time I graduate.

My current states are:
GPA: 3.82
ACT: 30 - (looking to improve to a 31 or 32)
SAT: I took it without ANY preparation as a fling and got a 1230. I have a tutor now, and she's expecting around a 1380 or 1400.

APs: AP Euro, AP US, AP Chemistry, AP Art History (next year), AP Calc AB (next year), AP English Lit. (Next year). I'm in honors courses right now for everything else.

ECS:
-Competitive Swimmer (on Varsity and Club state levels)
-Altar Server for Catholic school
-Spanish National Honor Society
-Religious Retreat Leader
-Roughly 20 hrs. of Community Service per school year
-"Shadow Host/Student Ambassador" - Selected to give prospective students tours of my school
-Dean's List and Honor Roll (Except first term Jr. year I had one B and did not get it)
-Reward for Computing Excellance
-Participated in Spanish Exchange Program to Barcelona, Spain
-Choral Student: Sang at sports events and in New York City
-Peer Leader: Prestigious honor at my school. I'm a mentor for 3-4 new students.
-National Honor Society

Work:
Lifeguarding over the summer.

Internships:
There's a good chance I'll have a medical internship this summer, which should look good on my resume.

I'm worried if my GPA drops below a 3.8 (to maybe like a 3.76) my chances are gone. I don't know if this helps, but everyone in my family (including extended) has gone to UGA, many of whom had a much lower GPA than I do.

Also, do I have good chances of getting accepted early action?

Your GPA is good, even if it’s weighted with that ACT score you will get in Regular decision. For Early Action I have no idea.

Historically, I feel like more kids get in EA at my school. I’m not 100% sure though. Any other takers?
