Summer Activities: volunteering, taking zoology and Italian at a community college
Essays:
let's say they're good, worked on them for about a month each
Teacher Recommendation: Hopefully good, but will probably be generic.
Counselor Rec: Probably generic, we got a new counselor this year
Additional Rec: my swim coach who really liked me but I don't know how well he can write
Interview: Let's say I did and it went pretty well haha.

Other

State (if domestic applicant): CA
Country (if international applicant): USA
School Type: Public. recognized as one of the nation's top 50 schools
Ethnicity: Asian
Gender: girl
Income Bracket: <$30,000
Hooks (URM, first generation college, etc.):

I know a lot of this is hypothetical and there's nothing outstanding I'm really counting on my essays and an interview.

I am planning on applying ED to CAS, CALS as my second choice. Major for CAS will probably be Asian Studies, maybe minor in Italian and biology, and for CALS, animal science.

EDIT: Data and Information Processing Consultant

I think you have a decent-good shot. Your SAT and GPA are solid and your course load is extremely rigorous.

You’ll be a competitive applicant – which means that Cornell appears to choose its student body from people with similar grades/scores as you.

You should definately apply.

Early decision will help your chances.
