chances ED?

Hey guys
I posted a while back... looking for comments!

I am a white, jewish, female junior. My dad is in the army and we are currently at our 14th posting.
I have not taken the sats yet, but i got a 200 on the psats :( but i have been prepping a LOT and think i could get between a 1450 and a 1480.
SAT 2s will be french and bio; i have taken practice tests and i'm at a 780 on french and an 800 on bio.
I go to a competitive private international school in Prague, Czech Republic. We have a good history with getting into Williams apparently, as well as the ivies. This is my 3rd high school- before this i was in Moscow for my freshman year and a competitve (small) public school in the DC area for my sophomore year (ranked 6th nationally).
My school doesn't rank, but i would be number 1 in my class if they did... my GPA is a 4.1 unweighted, and i have taken all honors/AP classes up until this year; now i do the IB and am taking 4 higher levels.

ECs:
In my freshman year i was the only 9th grader to make the varsity knowledge bowl team, i did cross country, painted a mural on the wall of a russian baby orphanage, participated in honor choir (we performed at school events/recorded a CD), adapted and directed a short story by roald dahl to a play that was performed at the middle school drama festival, and helped to build a playground at a russian psychiatric childrens' hospital.

In my sophomore year i participated on the scholastic bowl team again, and our school won #2 in state. I was published in the school newspaper, tutored abused hispanic children at the HACAN organization, wrote reviews for the Cappies organization (reviewing high school theater productions) and had one of my reviews published in a local newspaper, and was a member of NHS.

In my junior year so far, i was elected Student Counsil Secretary, i was on the first place Eastern European girls cross country team (i personally placed 7th), i am in NHS and was on the AIDs week committee to help promote awareness, and i am involved in MUN and peer tutoring in math.

If all goes well, next year my ECs will be more consistent with this years', as it has been hard to keep with things as i move so often. I hope to be president of either NHS or Student Counsil, place in the Eastern European Speech and Debate competition, and be an MUN officer (i will travel to the conference in St. Petersburg), as well as improve my place in the next cross country meet to top 5.

I know both of my recs will be great, and i am confident that i can whip out a pretty good essay.
What are my chances at Williams ED?

kimarie, dont sweat about your PSAT score. I got a 198 and ended up getting a 2260 my first try in january as a junior. You need to go in with the mindset that you will do well.

kimarie, your chances for Williams are very good, especially ED. Your international experience is definitely a plus. Be sure to highlight this in your essays.

Your EC's are excellent but a bit scattered; try to focus them or group them by category in a resume, e.g., athletics, arts, community service, debate/MUN. Williams likes high energy multifaceted kids, but it's best if you could concentrate on two or three favorite activities and show depth and progression. Living abroad and adapting to a different culture every year is itself a compelling EC. Don't underplay this.

If you are willing and able to participate in varsity cross country contact the coach now.

Concentrate on putting together a knock out application that makes it easy to get a feel for who you are and what you will contribute to the campus community. Don't worry too much about your SAT scores. If they are disappointing, you will still have time to take them again.

Good luck and let us know how you do.
