chances -- engineering

Any help on chances to engineering (instate)? Would it be too risky to only apply to Maryland?

SAT -- 2120 (math = 750, cr = 690, wr = 680)
GPA 3.88/4.6

9 APs (so far, Calculus A/B and World History "5", and US Gov't "4")
SAT II Math 2 -- 770
SAT II World History -- 700
Distinguished Scholar honorable mention

Not great ECs -- annual science fair (won some awards, but nothing spectacular), and cello and drawing for fun

Thanks!

It is important to state IS or OOS. IF OOS, what state.

Also you have 9 AP’s but only list 3 with scores…what are the other 6? AP Ceramics?

I don’t mean to be rude, but the more info you give the better response you will have.

I think you are in easy whether instate or out-of-state.

Sorry for insufficient info. Instate, and the APs I gave scores for are for 10th and 11th grades (I also took AP computer programming junior year, just didn’t take the test). For senior year, AP Stat, AP Chem (2 credits), AP Spanish Language, and AP computer programming (a more advanced course that junior year course, I guess.)

Maryland is the only school I want to apply to. Is that a bad idea?

Yeah dude you’re all set

Always apply for a back up, but it does look like you are fine and probably honors.

this isnt for engineering, just in general
Plus, i am in-state
