also im taking Calc 3 at North Central College and Differential Equations at College of Dupage this year

3.66 unweighted is top 8%? i find that very surprising. summer camp director seems to be your only strong EC, so that could be a weakness.

r u saying that i should be higher raked or lower ranked?

^unweighted of 3.66 being in 92nd percentile is unlikely, unless your school is vehemently against grade inflation, most 3.66s would have a considerably lower class rank, perhaps 70th-80th percentile. But still nothing much on your profile hits me as being extraordinary, you're well rounded, but not outstanding at anything, I think chances are low. they don't like just a jack of all trades, they want to see excellence in many different things and then maybe a jack of the rest of the trades. summer camp councellor is pretty standard, the bio sat 2 is low. I think it'll be a real stretch.

my unweighted gpa is 3.6 and my rank is in the top 4%. but thats cuz my school uses weighted for rank. his might too...

I don't know if the class rank is that surprising, but, yeah, the "jack of all trades" stigma works against you. The semantic leap (nifty phrase) from JOAT to average is not so far.
