thanks again and please give me some feedback!

I would say you have a good shot. You have a very similar application to my older brother who was accepted in 2002. He was 5th in his class, 1400 SAT, very similar EC's. However, the classes have become more competitive each year.

If you havn't already sent your Chem score, then don't. But your US Hist score is great.

As far as your other choices, I would say most of them are match schools for you.

Good luck with your applications and happy holidays.

Definately apply to some backups but I would be more surprised to hear you didn't get in than you got in. It will be close, but I think you get in.

hey heads up! You do know that when you send subject scores....it sends all of them right?

yeah, but aren't subject tests just used for placement? They don't place too much emphasis on them do they?

right....according to what they say...but i was jsut letting u know for future reference the mysteries of Subject TEsts

hmm....I've done everything but the essay....I guess this could make or break me?

SAT II's get placement for advanced standing in language classes, and only language classe....the subject tests for anything else don't matter for squat. To get credit you need to have AP scores of 4 or 5, the only 3's accepted are Calc AB, Calc BC, or the Calculus BC/AB Subscore.
