What are my chances?

Holy crap your GPA is 6.2 out of 4.0??? that is crazy…
I think ou have a decent chance but increase your SAT I and take some SAT II.

50/11,534

doubleyou…tee…efff.

its out of 11000 bc they do our rank in the county instead of the school

ur GPA is automatic reject…

Whenever I see a gpa in the 5’s I begin to become suspicious. So seeing your 6.2 I’m almost 100% sure you’re lying. Please if you want help be honest or get accurate info because I’m pretty sure your gpa is impossible to achieve. But ignoring it I would say your chances are pretty good. It’s always a long shot with schools like duke but you have good EC’s so just write a killer essay and you’ll be fine.

My GPA is so high because i have been in an IB program for 4 years. As a part of this program all of my classes are heavily weighted and i have recieved all a’s. I haven’t taken any online classes

our previous valedictorian had an 8.1/4.0 on graduation. The highest in our states history

thats ■■■■■■■■. I am enrolled in the Full IB program but our school does not do weighted GPA. anyways weighting them to the point to having an 8.1 is dumb. I doubt colleges look at weighted GPA in the selection progress anyway, so what is ur UW gpa?

yeah the girl with an 8.1 took every online class and did dual enrollment as well. Which pretty much means she didn’t have a life lol but she went to harvard…

How would you spend 4 years in an IB program? IB classes are 2 years each. Does that mean you took two entire sets of IB courses?

Well we apply in middle school and the 1st two years we take set classes and pre ib requirements like inquiry skills then junior and senior year we take our hl and sl classes

Ok. That’s how it’s normally done. 2 years of IB, with 4-6 years of pre-IB.
