Chances for a high school senior?

Hey there, I was just wondering if y'all could give me any feedback on my chances of admittance into GMU. GMU looks like a good choice for me as its somewhat inexpensive, and a politically active school (not to mention its proximity to DC). Here are my grades and what not (I'll be going into political science):

GPA: ~3.7 (W)
Rank: School doesn't rank
SAT: 670 CR; 560 M; 620 W; 11 Essay (Taking again on October 1st, very likely to go up)
ACT: Took in September, probably didn't do well enough to send in.
