Hello,
Georgetown SFS is my dream school and has been for as long as i can remember. I attend a prestigious Jesuit school in Chicago, and would love to continue studying at a Jesuit institution. The cathiolic nature of the institution appeals to me, as well as the wonderful reputation for excellence in education, especially in the area of International Relations. What do you think my chances are?

Academic

SAT: 800V 700M (PSAT predicts 2250 for new SAT)
SAT II: U.S. History 750
GPA: 3.8 UW
No rank, but def. top 10% of class (350 ppl)
Hardest course load available, all Honors and AP's
AP US Hist. - 5 on exam
This year, AP physics, AP Gov't and Politics
Next year AP Economics, AP Chemistry, AP English, AP Latin, AP Calculus

E.C.'s

Rowing - 4 years, year round, successful, captain 3,4 (hopefully will row for Georgetown lightweight crew)
Model UN - 2,3,4, a few awards (committee chair)
Liturgy Council exec board (plans masses and liturgical events)
numerous service oriented clubs

fine. you should have a good chance---this is no guarantee, of course.

Well the applicant pool changes from year to year. However, your accomplishments are stellar to say the least. Your predicted old SAT Is score of 800 and 700 are remarkable and leadership is amazing. I was accepted under this year's EA and my SAT I score was signficantly lower than your 800 V; 700 M score (I will not take account your predicted SAT score of 2250 because c/o 05 did not have to take it). However, 2400 is the new "perfect" score for C/O 06 and 2250 is 150 shy of it.

I am not an admission committee member so I can't say for sure and I refuse to make an absolute affirmation that you will get in; however, considering you did a lot better than I did in terms of standardized scores you have a good chance. Nonetheless, my opinion should be worth zero because I am not the ad comm and I'm not an expert on admissions. I would ask "Senior Member" Calidan to do some judging if I were you.

i really don't think standardized tests are that important. They are def. blown out of proportion on CC on the whole. Your ECs seem strong, and you have good grades, good test scores, etc. But there were tons of people on this board who look a lot like you and didn't get in EA (I thankfully made it). IMO, your essays will make or break you. Seeing as how you genuinely like Georgetown for its Jesuit identity, if you can make that come through in your essay next year, you should be in good shape.
