oo yah im white by the way haha

Any Feedback is greatly appreciated
good luck everyone!

......yup......this would be called a bump

cracked rib is adversity????

^In athletics, especially as a distance runner it could be.

Getting 3s on APs when you got As in the classes looks bad.

If you get a 28/29 or higher on your ACT you'll be right in the thick of it for Colgate, NYU, Vandy, BU, UMiami, and UF.

I'd be a little worried about UMich and UVA because they're more popular and harder to get into OOS. Ditto with UCLA and UNC. And at state schools they're all about the numbers. Your AP scores and your A in Drafting aren't going to help.

The more selective state schools, Vandy, and Colgate would be high matches/reaches for you, with UCLA being a very big reach.

yah-running on a cracked rib was way harder than any AP test or standardized test i took this year, i actually had a torn muscle in my chest as well so every time i took a breath it felt like someone was just hitting my chest with an ax and running a 3.1 mile race-it just got pretty rough at times\because i trained all summer and just couldnt do what i wanted in terms of getting to states in xc, but it just made making states in spring all the much sweeter

yah those 3's suck i know, cant change sophmore year now tho=(

anyway-wow thanks a lot....so would you basically agree that umich and uva are reasonable reaches for me if i apply early?? and that i could get into at least one of colgate/vandy/uf/unc/bc ? with umiami and bu(legacy) as safties?

thanks again for your help, im trying to narrow down the list so i can start writing my essays asap

.........bump

Colgate LOW REACH
Vanderbilt REACH
UnivFlorida SAFETY
Boston University MATCH
BC HIGH REACH
UMiami SAFETY
UCLA HIGH REACH OOS
UnivVirginia REACH
UNC REACH
NYU HIGH MATCH/LOW REACH

You need to REALLY bring up your ACT score.
And GPA also.
That's all.

Chance me? :)

if it makes any differance... im probably applying ED to colgate because first off,i love the school, and second off umich doesnt have ED and id really like to get into one of these two as quick as i can to make my senior year actually enjoyable

anyone else? any advice/feedback is really appreciated

bumping this up again people

........anyone one else?
specifically advice on Michagan UF and Colgate (ED) is really needed

FLVS doesn't have honors Latin......

UF - low match, safety even.

I can't say much with the other two.

wow, my bad, i didnt even realize that i put honors after that =(
im still a little worried about UF though because there were so many really qualified kids who got rejected this year fromour school

bump................

anybody else wanta help a brotha out?

anyone have any more advice?, particuarly on my chances for ED colgate, umich and UF...again, im really trying to figure out which schools i have a chance at and which would be a waist of my time to even think about
