How are my chances for Northwestern?

You are a very strong candidate for admission based on your superior standardized test scores and fascinating background re: study in Panama and Vienna, Austria. It is more difficult applying to Northwestern University as a regular decision (RD) applicant than if you had applied for early decision (ED). At Northwestern, candidates apply to one of six colleges, such as engineering, communications, music, education and social policy, and the college of arts and sciences. You can double major so long as one major is in arts and sciences. Evanston, Illinois is a wonderful, upscale suburb of Chicago. Northwestern is located on the shores of Lake Michigan and has two beaches on campus. It will help if you list the languages in which you are fluent on your application.
