Any chance for merit aid?:)

yes 10chara

I would love, love to get 1/2. or even a 1/3. it would be wooonderful! anyone else?

i think your chances, def for the third, are pretty solid but its always such a crapshoot. but i definitely would be optimistic

applying to AU, is no crapshoot, its pretty easy to get into. I mean do you know how many people apply to AU from frickin Kentucky? She's in, without a doubt. If you don't get in, ill pay you're college tuition anywhere.

good!:) anyone else?

i meant that aid is always a crapshoot, not admission. she is obviously getting in.

thanks! the more i think about it the more american is a great place for me. i just hope i'm able to get some scholarship money. anyone else have any ideas on how to increase my chances of scholarship money?

bump please? i really am interested in attending here:)

I'm going to bump this one last time and stop...but I hope someone has some insight!

visit, I am sure that you will get money. You're way above their average stats

thank you! ill be visiting in mid-feb. and can't wait!:)

....good i'd also try to stay over if you possibly can

i will! doublelayer, you are a student at AU, correct? if you dont mind me asking, did you get merit aid/how was your financial aid package @ AU?:)

ummm.... yes i am current AU student and no... and nada... my parents r paying the full $$$$

with my stats do you think i have a chance at merit aid?:)

bump? please? :)?!

lol your asking a bunch of struggling high school and college students...none of us know for sure. We don't work at American. If your so anxious call up the financial aid department and ask them for your "chances"...

haha.

i am visiting in february and i can't wait:)

on a scale of 1-10, what are my chances? i'm sorry i am just very nervous about this...:(
