<p>I think he's saying his ACT is low, which it is (but not terribly). You almost definately wouldve gotten in had you applied priority, but since its a little late in the game, your chances might not be so good. O and btw, Clemson doesnt give a crap about your ECs, just test scores, GPA and rank</p>
