EC: President of a couple clubs, have a few awards and am in NHS and some other stupid crap. I also have like 150 hours of community service. In addition, I'm taking the hardest course load available and am a IB Diploma canidate. I also started a new program at the hospital I volunteer at to help under privledged patients get a strong start back in life after being seriously ill in the hospital.

What are my chances at:
Dickinson College (Early Decision)<------ First Choice
North Eastern (Early Action)
Boston University
University of Miami (The one in Florida)

What are my chances at these, and is there a good chance I can get into Dickinson ED? I know it's getting harder to get in there.

I thought Dickinson and Northeastern would be more of matches. Dickinson dosen't even require the ACT/SAT, so I thought I'd have a good change ED.

I just looked up Dickinson at collegeboard, and it said they accept 75% of ED applicants. You guys still don't think I can get in? I also read on the website if they think you are a fit, you are in ED. I think I'm a fit, with my interests and all... Any more opinions?

I'm pretty sure I can because I did very well on all the ACt except the science part, so I think without science I should be ok. So, IF I DO GET A 1900-1950+, would it be more of a match?

Miami is definately a reach. I know many students who didn't get into state schools with a score such as yours, more less a private, in this case which is more selective.

Good luck with your first choice though. It seems that is where you would really like to go.
