Chances for a OOS waiver scholarship?

Hi guys,

I'm an OOS student from a southern state. I'm wondering about how competitive the scholarships that will position me for an OOS waiver are.

High School GPA by end of junior year: 3.76
SAT scores: - not taken
ACT score: 33

I transferred schools in 11th grade. My new school didn't offer any AP classes - but most of my classes are college level.

Extracurriculars:

Med-Ex
FBLA (officer)
NJROTC
Computer Science (officer)
World Language
MAO

150+ hours of volunteering at local places and my school
400+ hours of research at the state medical school, with a possibility of a publication

Are you interested in the Corps of Cadets? I see you did JROTC. If you haven’t visited and spent the night with the Corps, I recommend you do so. They have their own scholarships available. My son already has received one (He is an Eagle Scout and did their Aggie Eagles program). So he already qualifies for in-state tuition.

Look into it if you are interested.
