Chances for a PhD?

I want to pursue my PhD in pharmaceutics, with a specific research interest in formulation and drug delivery.

My Stats:
BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from a Relatively small school in PA. 3.24 GPA with some D's in science courses. Have 3 summer internships at 2 pharma companies Actavis and Teva doing formulations research. Spent a year doing undergrad research for which I presented a poster at a conference and submitted an article for publication. GRE scores are 550(V) 700(Q) and 4.0(A). Cant speak to the quality of my LOR's because I will not see them, but one is from my academic advisor who was the Assistant Dean to the School of Pharmacy, the other, the Department head for pharmaceutical sciences and my research mentor, and lastly a LOR from a VP at Teva.

Schools I applied to:
Purdue
Michigan
Maryland
UConn
Rutgers
Temple
Duquesne
USP

Anyone else been down this road before? Any insight on my chances?
