Chances for a pretty mediocre student

Hello once again.

I'm going to be a senior in September, and for some reason I'm really starting to fret about college this summer. (I think I should be!!!)

Asian female, upper-middle class, public school

Unweighted GPA: 3.75
Weighted GPA: 4.675
Class rank: in Top 5%

SAT I First time: 1890
SAT I Second time: 2010
I plan to take it the third time in October

SAT II Spanish: 660
SAT II Math I: 610
(These scores are horrible)

AP World History: 5
AP English Language and Composition: 5
AP Spanish: 3 (My Spanish 4 class used to be an AP class, but my school decided to make it an honors class instead. However, my teacher encouraged us to take the AP test for practice)

ECs: (This part I fear I am lacking)
3 years of volunteering at my old preschool - about 240 hours
2 years of Spanish Club
4 years of Newspaper Club - I am going to be the Editor-in-Chief of the club next year
I also tutored an ESL student for about two months, but the student ran away from me and never came back. Should I write about this in my resume?

My guidance counselor suggested the following schools because I told her I wanted to major in history:
Tulane University
Vassar
George Washington
Trinity
Colgate
Northwestern (I know I'll never get in)
Vanderbilt

What are my chances?

friendly friendly bump

Yay for another person wanting to major in History!
Vanderbilt-match
Colgate-match
George Washington-match/almost safety
