Chances for a prospective engineering major

I'd really like to study electrical engineering, but I'm not sure if I qualify for any of the top schools. I'm an asian female from Texas... prolly doesn't help lol. Here are my academic stats:

4.0 unweighted gpa

AP World History- 5

Extra curricular: Tennis, Orchestra, Key Club, Model UN, Mu Alpha Theta, Quiz Bowl

11th and 12th: Texas Academy of Math and Science
so far 4.0
All college classes including:
Cal 1 and 2, Multivariable Cal, Linear Algebra and Diff eq 1
Honors Biology, Honors Chemistry, Mechanics, Electricity and Magnetism

Extra Curricular: Physics Quantum Dot semiconductor research, Habitat for Humanity University of North Texas Chapter (Secretary and Advocacy Committee head), Mu Alpha Theta

SAT: m/cr/w- 720/690/730

Summer: 05- Quantum Mechanics Class at EPGY, 06-Research internship at NASA

Schools I'm looking at currently: Carnegie Mellon, Case Western, Georgia Tech, UCB, UCLA, UCSD, UT, A&M, UPenn, Northwestern

Are these schools matches, reaches, or safeties?
I know my weaknesses lie in my SATs and extracurriculars.... could you suggest other schools I can look at?

add University of Michigan AA and University of Illinois UC to the list

aseemo:

UCB/UCLA: Slight Reach (out of state, Engineering)
UCSD: Match (out of state, Engineering)

thanks so much!

bump... more advice on the other schools listed?
