chances for a research-based application

<p>I will probably be applying RD.</p>

<p>SAT I: 630 CR, 800 M, 760 W (retaking... i have really worked on CR and i'm consistently getting mid 700s on practice tests now) .
SAT II: 800 Math II, 800 Physics
GPA: 4.0 UW (school doesn't weight)
Rank: 1/~165
AP: Calculus BC: 5, Computer Science A: 5, Statistics: 5, Physics B: 5, Physics C Mech: 5, Physics C E&M: 5, Chemistry: 5, French: 4
College Courses Taken: Multivariate Calculus, Linear Algebra, Ordinary Differential Equations, and Partial Differential Equations all A+.
Senior Course Load: English Literature AP, Micro/Macroeconomics AP, College Math (Abstract Algebra which is a senior level college course), Health (required), Business and Law.</p>

<p>I think you already realize you have a super fantastic resume, though, of course, so do a lot of applicants to Stanford! No one besides a Stanford admissions officer can really give you an answer that means anything, and you probably also know that. With good rec letters and strong essays, your chances are wonderful. It’s obvious you’re very smart, so your goal in the application is to make sure they know you are also likeable.</p>

<p>Your ISEF grand award will really help you. Your curriculum is also very rigorous. With a great essay, matching recommendations, emphasis on your awards, and an improved SAT score, I’d say your chances are pretty good. Where do you live?</p>
