Colleges:
NYU Stern (ED)
NYU Stern (RD)
Boston College
Villanova
Lehigh
Maryland
Penn State
Rutgers

So what are my chances for the business schools at each college? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for chancing me. Here’s what I think of your chances:

NYU Stern (ED)-high match/low reach
NYU Stern (RD)-low reach (assuming this means you would get deferred to rd)
Boston College-high match
Villanova-match
Lehigh-match
Maryland-match
Penn State-safety/match
Rutgers-safety

I think that if you could boost your gpa your chances at all of these schools would be better than they already are which is saying something bc they already are good. Good test scores and ECs help you out too. Good luck!

Your GPA is a little low & the downward trend isn’t great HOWEVER your SATs are really good esp. since you jumped nearly 700 pts from your first try (indicating real potential) and your ECs are diverse and show serious involvement.
NYU Stern -high match/low reach

Maryland-low match
Penn State-safety
Rutgers-safety

Osceola, I did not jump nearly 700 points from my first try, as I only took the SAT once. 1490 is my score with math and critical reading, 2220 is the one with writing. Lol but thanks for the chances.

phillymo, NYU does not defer ED applicants to the RD pool; it is either accept or reject ED. I am still deciding whether to apply ED or RD, so I put down both to see my chances as an ED and RD applicant.

You look really good! The only flaw in your app would b your lower SAT 2 score. I would consider retakin it. Anyway here are your predicted chances as of now:

NYU Stern (ED)-high match
NYU Stern (RD)-very low reach
Boston College-high match
Villanova-match
Lehigh-match
Maryland-match
Penn State-safety/match
Rutgers-safety

NYU Stern (ED)-high match
NYU Stern (RD)-high match
Boston College-high match
Villanova-match
Lehigh-low match
Maryland-low match
Penn State-low match
Rutgers-safety

Boost GPA, all of these are matches (NYU, high, the rest are low/safeties). I would go ED for Stern if that’s one of your top picks. If it doesn’t work out, then you’ll have lots of other options. BC is a great school as well.
