Chances for a student with a slow start

What are the chances for an Indian male from a very competitive school in Illinois to get into top Computer Engineering schools? BTW, I am currently a sophomore.

Freshman Year:
Algebra I B+ / A
Science B+ / A-
English C+ / B
Desktop Publising -> Intro to Business A- / A-
World History B- / A-

Summer School:
Geometry A / A

Sophomore Year:
Chinese A / A
Biology A / A
Comp Prog AC -> Comp Lang AC B+ / A-
Adv Alg. AC A- / A
AP Human Geo B+ / A-
English A / A

Here onwards, I am just predicting my grades for junior year.
Summer School:
US History A / A

Junior Year:
Chinese 2 AC A / A
Chemisty AC A-/A-
AP Comp. Science A / A
Precalc Honors A / A
English AC A / A
Physics AC A / A

Summer school:
Government A

Senior Year schedule:
Chinese 3 AC
AP Physics C
Computer Techniques Honors
AP Calc BC
AP Stats
AP Themes
AP Macro / Micro

Tests:
AP Geo: I am guessing a 4
AP Comp Sci: I am guessing a 5
self studying the next two
AP Physics: I am guessing a 5
AP US History: I am guessing a 4
ACT: plan on getting at least a 34
SAT: at least a 2250
SAT II: Math II and Physics probably, will aim for at least a 750 on physics and a 800 on the math

EC's:
Debate Team: Maybe a position on the e-board by senior year (9,10,11,12)
FBLA: Chapter treasurer junior year and will run for either VP or Pres. next year and also area and state offices. Hope to win state in Banking and Financial systems next year and goto nationals and place there (9,10,11,12)
Investment Club: President and Founder(10,11,12)
Science Club: hope to place in some engineering competition at state next year (11,12)
TEAMS: JV next year and varsity member senior year (11,12)
NHS: (12)

By the time I apply, I will have 4.1 gpa weighted out of a maximum 4.85 I believe and 3.8/4.0 unweighted. I will have unfortunately a 20% class rank. I am pretty sure I can get a good rec. from my counselor. My freshman year GPA was low because I had just moved from another state and had a hard trouble adjusting to changes first semester.

Some colleges I am considering for Computer Engineering:

Brown University
California Institute of Technology
Carnegie Mellon University
Cornell University
Duke University
Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Purdue University
Stanford University
University of California - Berkeley
University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign
University of Michigan - Ann Arbor
Washington University in St. Louis

Just speaking from another current sophomore's perspective...it's kind of difficult to give opinions when all of your standardized test scores and future grades are estimated. Did you take the PSAT or the PLAN?

Yes, I took the PSAT this year for practice and did pretty bad, 190 i think - didn't really prep much, I am studying hard for next years though.
