Schools:

Stanford – Far Reach
Yale – Far Reach
Cornell – Far Reach

UCSB – Possible Reach
UCLA – Possible Reach
UCB – Possible Reach

Indiana University – Bloomington – Match/Safety
UNM – Match/Safety

Yale is pretty much impossible I would say, it is by far the hardest transfer admit in the country - much harder than Harvard. Cornell is SIGNIFICANTLY easier although still a big reach for you. You should also look into Brown, which is much easier as a transfer than for freshman, although also a BIG reach. The best school in the country that is very transfer friendly is UNC-Chapel Hill. I would apply there no matter what, you will likely get in.
