Chances for a USF / UCF Scholarship?

<p>Im out of state, 4.32 GPA W, 2000 SAT / 1310 (planning to retake to get up), Good EC's, Top 6% of class, </p>

<p>Hoping to receive some merit aid from these two schools. Is it possible? Or am I better off applying to FIU/FAU for most-likely full scholarships. Just worried because I plan to go onto med school and I would think the better the school, the better quality of education/some type of prestige for Grad School.]</p>

<p>Is it worth spending a little more and taking some money (if any) to USF/UCF, or am I better off going to FIU/FAU?
Any advice would help, thank you!</p>
