<p>the average gpa of ucsb is 3.81 and the average sat is 1775, i suggest writing a bomb essay. other uc’s would fit you though</p>

<p>Stats don’t mean anything. There’s a lot of luck getting into schools like this. I got in with a 3.4 GPA and 1980 SAT last year.</p>

<p>I honestly believe that you have a good chance in being accepted although being accepted as a Biology major is very competitive. Being a first generation college student will contribute greatly as well as your elected positions in your extracurricular activities.</p>
