You have a good shot. Your ACT is pretty much right where you need it to be for CFANS both Composite and subject scores (didn’t look at writing - not sure UMN even factors it in anymore). Science and math especially strong which will help your application.
Does your school provide class rank? If not the A- uw average should be fine for CFANS.
Is your AP Stat in lieu of Pre-calc/Calculus? That should work (my D16 did the same thing and got into CLA last year as an in-state). As long as you are meeting the college prep course specifications you should be fine. It’s good to have some AP’s in there. They really like to see at least Pre-Calc. but you can substitute a high-level stats course.
Obviously EC’s are fine and the part-time work is commendable. If you spin your diversity attributes toward the positive in terms of what you’ve learned and what you can contribute as a result, that should work!

Good luck to you! Keep us posted!
@JBStillFlying My school does not provide class rank. I forgot to mention I am also currently enrolled in pre calc! Do you have any idea what my scholarship and financial aid chances are? My EFC is 571.
I think you’ll be admitted.
Be sure to look up scholarship opportunities on the UMN website - there may be something that is specifically institutional merit aid for low income for first generation (not sure if you are that).
I have no clue about federal financial aid.
Your EFC (presumably based on a current FAFSA?) is for all intents and purposes $0 so hopefully you willl be eligible at least for federal aid.
Good Luck!
@audrella I assume you are also applying to affordable in-state schools in case UMTC doesn’t offer you enough aid.
@MerryLee Yes, I am also applying to several other out of state schools and one in my home state.
@JBStillFlying I am not first generation. Do you know if I would be eligible for any other merit scholarships?
@audrella not sure but here is the link for you. Be sure to check out all the opportunities (university, college-wide, and other) as some require a separate application:
