Chances for Admission? (OOS)

<p>Hey guys, I was wondering what you think my chances were on getting into UMN. I want to go to major in probably Biochemistry or Microbiology and eventually, get into UMN vet school. Right now, I have:</p>

<p>-3.72 GPA
-8 Honors Classes
-2 AP Classes (World History - 3) (US History - 4)
-26 ACT
-Top 20% (out of around 225)
-Private School in Memphis, TN
-Top Bowler in state of TN
-100+ hours of community service
-Latin Honor Society (School and National)
-Lasallian Youth (Service Program)</p>

<p>bio chem is in CBS, one of the better colleges here at the U. It can get pretty competitive. your act (28+ would be nice) may hurt you but i think you are okay.</p>

<p>You better apply right now if you want to get into CBS or the University itself. I was OOS with stats similar to yours but with a 1970 SAT and got rejected after being waitlisted to the University overall. >.< Applying early is key to getting in at UMN.</p>
