Chances for Admission

Hello, everyone. I would very much appreciate it if someone were to chance me at this school Wesleyan is probably my top choice school, but I'm well aware how hard it is to get into (especially from someone in my situation, as you'll see) so feel free to be brutal.

GPA: 3.1 unweighted (but with huge upward trend)
SAT: 2250 (CR: 720 W:770 M:760) (I'm going to do a retake to bring up Math and Critical Reading; it probably will be at least 2300 based on practice tests)
AP Scores: AP Biology (4), AP Chemistry (4), AP US History (5), AP World History (5), AP Language and Comp (5), AP Spanish (4)
Classes Taken: Around 10 AP Classes once I finished. (It should be noted that I transferred sophomore year from a school that offered almost no AP classes, so those were all junior and senior year and I almost entirely exhausted my school's amount)
EC:
AP Scholar with Distinction
National Merit Commended Student
Eagle Scout
Internship at JPL
Internship/Job at First Solar
Science Quiz Bowl Team (Captain)
Published a scientific paper (It's published in a well-respected, peer-reviewed journal)
President of the Sports Medicine club
Founded Model UN (It's only been around since August, but I've already won a few Outstanding and Best Delegate awards)
~80 hours of volunteer work with a hospital
~40 hours of volunteer work at a homeless shelter
Interview: Fantastic
Recommendations: Both are stellar
Other: Not sure where to put this but the reason for my low GPA is because I have spent around 26 hours a week every week since sophomore year (totaling a little over 4,000 hours) taking care of my grandmother who had a stroke. This has severely impacted my grades for obvious reasons.

Anyway, thank you so much for your time in reading this. If you choose to respond, I doubly thank you.

Is anyone there?
