Hey there, I would like to know my chances for getting into UCF. I would like to major in physical therapy in the college of health.. I am currently a junior and here are my stats.

3.24 overall gpa, will probably raise to 3.68 by end of year
taken 3 AP classes and 8 honors classes.
Clubs- Junior Civitan,3 yrs.
Varsity Club, 2 yrs.
International Club 1yr.
Peer Mentoring 1 yr.
Sports. I play extremely competitive travel ice hockey in which I miss around 25-30 days of school a year because of games and practices(our team is based out of TN, we are the best kids in the SE). My goal is to earn a scholarship as I am being recruited by Merrimack, but I kind of want to go to UCF if that does not work out.
PSAT- 152, I will be taking the SAT and ACT later this year..
im in state

Thanks

Your GPA and your PSAT scores are a little low, I would definately put everything else on the back burner and study as much as you can for the SAT. You have a lot of EC’s though, so that’s good. Just try and get a great SAT score - it’s the most important thing colleges look at. And then try and get some really great recommendations :)

I am also a junior and i want attend there that was good advice but UCF came to my school and they said they look at SAT but to them its not the most important thing they look

It is too early to tell. Not enough grades as only two years worth, no ACT and no SAT. GPA on the low side. Ask again with at least an ACT or SAT and after another semester of classes. UCF calculated their own GPA, using only core courses (english, math, social studies, science and language) and weights .5 for honors and 1 for DE/AP/IB. The lower your GPA the higher your SAT needs to be. They use a rubric that they no longer publish but with your GPA your SAT becomes more important.
