Chances for (almost) Final List of Colleges

Help me narrow down my college list even further or even add on to it. Let me know if I am shooting too high with some of the schools..I am looking for schools with good English and Communications/Journalism programs, preferably in urban areas. I'm open to any suggestions..thanks a bunch for your help in advance:D

Final List of Colleges:
Safety
University of Central Florida-Orlando, FL
Flagler College-St. Augustine, FL

Match
Saint Joseph's University-PA
Northeastern-MA
Rollins College-Orlando,FL
American University-DC

Reach
Syracuse University
Fordham University
University of Miami -FL

I think that, overall, you have a safe list - you should have multiple acceptances this spring. I think I would consider NE and American to be reachy matches.

Since St. Joseph's is a rolling admit school, match sure you get your app in ASAP on that one. Don't worry about the math score, more important to get the app in on this one.

You might want to think about adding Ohio University/Scripps School of Journalism to your list (even though it is not urban).

Best wishes on your SAT retake - make sure you get enough sleep for the 2-3 days before the test. On the math segment, remember its the number of points you earn that is important - not answering every question.

Thanks a lot ohio_mom for your response. It was very helpful..I will definitely look into Scripps School of Journalism and get right on St. Joeseph's application (I didn't realize it was rolling admissions)!
