<p>Checking the chances chart for gpa and test scores yields a 35% chance. Being a minority may help. You get admitted to the university as a whole, which college doesn't matter to admissions (nor your proposed major). Do have others schools for safeties. You can't be admitted if you don't apply so get your application in and see what happens.</p>
