Chances for American U, LMU, Chapman, Pepperdine?

I am applying to these 4 schools as a Junior transfer from the University of Oregon for this coming Spring 2014 semester.

I am applying for an Education major

My freshmen year grades are AWFUL. I picked doing pre-med because I thought I would enjoy it.. Completely wrong. So I changed my major in sophomore year and got a MUCh better GPA in my 2nd year.

Freshman year: Basically a 2.0
Sophomore year: 3.57 (Dean's List winter term)

I volunteer in an Elementary School special education classroom
I volunteer at an elderly home once a week

American University in Washington DC
Chapman University in Orange, CA
Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles
Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA

bumpppppppp

They all got chances? Well, this such be one interesting game of monopoly.

woah wait what? haha

But seriously, your gpa makes things a bit hairy. Are you able to write essays as a transfer student? Do you have any major achievements during your two years at UO?

yeah, I was able to write essays
I wrote about why my freshman year GPA was low (chose pre-med/chem as my major… dumb move)
And sophomore year, I was apart of Deans List Winter and Spring term (a GPA of 3.7 or above)

and my GPA has been increasing substainstially since freshman year
